About This Retreat
You will experience the benefits of spending time in the Ashram, a unique spiritual and nature rich environment.
In these changing and often challenging times, we all need to find a clear direction for our practice and a welcome refuge from the ups and downs of life. This retreat will offer you the opportunity to experience the Ashram and an introduction to the different facets of the jewel of yoga. Also included will be guided yoga classes, yoga nidra (deep relaxation), satsang (question and answer sharings) and guided meditation practice.
You are most welcome to come and dip your toes into the Ashram waters, sample the unique depth of teachings, the quality of sharing and spiritual ambience that has made the Ashram an inspiring refuge for countless others before you.
