Yoga, Advaita & Tantra
Mandala Yoga Ashram is an internationally renowned centre of yogic knowledge, based in Wales, UK. We offer residential retreats, online courses and yoga teacher training based on the authentic teachings of yoga, advaita and tantra.
Our approach emphasises meditation, transformation, and the cultivation of direct insight through practice and personal experience.
A Spiritual Sanctuary
As one of the few authentic ashrams to be found outside of India, we provide a vibrant link between the spiritual teachings of the yogic sages and sincere seekers of the modern world. Founded in 1986, the Ashram has over the years been a source of profound learning and transformation for thousands of people from all walks of life.
More about the AshramOur Teachings
Our teachings draw on the deeply connected systems of classical yoga, advaita and tantra, aiming to support the cultivation of direct meditative insight into the fundamental nature of reality alongside the development of the full range of human potential.
Yoga
We teach authentic yoga in the broadest sense of the term, as a practical science designed to systematically awaken us to the depths of our being through harmonising and integrating the body, mind and emotions.
Advaita
Advaita is a radical, elegant, and profound philosophy of non-dualism that describes the world in terms of a singular Conscious unfolding. It represents the pinnacle of realization and understanding available to a human being.
Tantra
The focus of the ancient system of tantra is to expand our experience and awareness, often using our day-to-day experiences to become conscious of that which lies beyond them, opening doorways into insight and realisation.
