Continuing with the theme of the Bhagavad Gita, Swamiji sympathises with Arjuna's initial doubt and confusion, reflects on the nature of Krishna, and points always towards Consciousness as the unchanging, undying, underlying Reality, the inaction found always in the midst of action.
This is followed by a meditation on identifying with Consciousness and a question and answer session.
