Chakra Awareness Practice

In this 30 minute meditation practice you will be guided in gentle process of chakra location and sensitisation, through each of the main chakras from Muladhara through to Sahasrara and including the Bindu point at the back of the head.
Practised regularly, this process will increase awareness of these subtle energy centres while gently harmonising and stimulating the entire energy system.
This is excellent preparation for higher yogic practices.
